Adjunct Websites...

Provide important information to your customers/clients beyond normal office hours, expose your presence to the internet communication medium and compete with competitors, or provide an additional means for your customers to obtain your products and services. If your website is intended to do any of that, it is helpful to consider a website as part of your normal Public Relations, Advertising or Customer Service budgets.

Adjunct websites don't normally do volume business on the web, but may exponentially add to the reputation of the business. Customers who can find useful information about your company or services at times convenient to them are more likely to think of your business as the one that cares. And compassion sells, online or offline.
